Inclusion Criteria

Ages between 18 to 45 years
Diagnose of Hypothyroidism by Endocrinologist
Conscious consent to participate in the study
Under medication with levothyroxine
Scores less than 50 from SF-36 Quality of Life Questionnaire
At least high school education

Exclusion Criteria

Pregnancy
Diagnosis of malignancy in thyroid
Known mental illness (dementia-depression)
Chronic and high-risk diseases such as cancer-multiple sclerosis-pulmonary and renal disease-congestive heart failure
Smoking, Alcohol or drug abuse and under medication with Psychotropic and Neuropsychiatric drugs
The occurrence of abnormal stress due to life-threatening events such as the death of a spouse or a family member in the past six months
