Inclusion Criteria
Children with ADHD (aged 6-18 years) and iron deficiency (ferritin level < 30 ng/mL or transferin saturation < 16 %) who have been on steady dosage of methylphenidate for at least 1 month
Exclusion Criteria
1. non-verbal IQ < 70 measured by the Test of Nonverbal Intelligence, 3rd edition. (TONI-3)
2. patient with anemic symptoms
3. hematocrit <30%
