简要总结

Effect of krishna mrittika lepa along with yogic practices will be assessed in group A and in group B only krishna mrittika lepa will be applied. Purpose of trial is to provide relief from signs and symptoms of post traumatic stiffness of wrist joint . Procedure includes purvakarma - svedana (hot water fomentation), pradhana karma - krishna mrittika application (black soil pack application) on affected wrist joint, paschat karma- yogic practices will be done .

入选标准

•Patients willing to undergo trial and having history of trauma.
•Patients having clinical features pertaining to post traumatic stiffness of wrist joint like pain,stiffness,swelling,tenderness.

排除标准

•Patients not willing to undergo trial.
•Patients having no history of trauma.
•Patients below 40 years and above 70 years.
•Patients with other associated injuries.

结局指标

主要结局

Relieve in sign and symptoms like pain,stiffness,swelling,tenderness,range of motion.

时间窗: 21 days (3 weeks)

次要结局

Complete remission of signs and symptoms.(Follow up total three ( Each at an interval of one week ))
