Patients posted for below knee surgeries
18 to 60 years of age
ASA physical status I, II, III
all gender
Consenting patient
Exclusion Criteria
Known allergy to local anaesthetics
Patient refusal
Contraindications to regional anaesthesia (bleeding diathesis, use of any anti-coagulants, in patients having neurologic or neuromuscular disease)
Local site infection
ASA IV and above
