Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients older than 18 years with an indication for third molar extraction; patients with indication for extraction of two erupted upper and/or lower third molars; patients or guardians who agree to participate in the research by signing the Informed Consent Form.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disease, coagulation disorders, osteoporosis and/or hypertension; patients with psychological and/or neurological pathologies; patients with cysts, tumors and/or infection at the extraction site; pregnant or nursing women; immunosuppressed patients; drug\-dependent patients; patients allergic to acetaminophen; patients using anticoagulants, antidepressants, benzodiazepines and/or bisphosphonates; patients who used analgesics, anti\-inflammatory and/or antimicrobials two weeks before the study; patients who need other systemic medication in addition to paracetamol postoperatively.
