Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • (i) Bangalore residents aged 18 or older willing to participate and providing informed consent; (ii) Current smokers smoking at least one cigarette per day in the past 6 months; (iii) able to communicate in English language (iv) Have a mobile phone to receive SMS / Telephonic call.

Exclusion Criteria

  • (i) Smokers who were physically or mentally unable to communicate or currently following other forms of smoking cessation programme. (ii) Smokers with any form of smokeless tobacco habits and alcohol abuse (iii) Smokers with history of any co\-morbidity conditions.
