Exclusion Criteria
1)dementia or person who cannot understand the way of olfactory training 2)Patients with Parkinsonism 3)Modified Hoehn & Yahr stage 5 4)abnormal olfactory function based on ENT problem, or sever cardiac, pulmonary, liver, gastrointestinal disease. 5)patients with carcinoma 6)pregnancy 7)allergy 8)person who are considered to be inappropriate.

Name Time Method The rate of change in Japanese version of Montreal congnitive Assessment(MOCA-J) between first week and 12weeks.
