Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •adult patients over 19 years old
- •\- patients diagnosed with heart failure by cardiologists and less than 45% ejection fraction (EF) as a result of echocardiography
- •\- patients who are planning to be home after discharge
- •\- patients who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- patients on dialysis
- •\- patients with (scheduled) heart transplantation
- •\- patients with a psychiatric history or who are currently taking psychiatric medications
- •\- patients who have difficulty communicating due to the severity of the disease
