- •adult patients over 19 years old
- •- patients diagnosed with heart failure by cardiologists and less than 45% ejection fraction (EF) as a result of echocardiography
- •- patients who are planning to be home after discharge
- •- patients who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study
排除标准
- •- patients on dialysis
- •- patients with (scheduled) heart transplantation
- •- patients with a psychiatric history or who are currently taking psychiatric medications
- •- patients who have difficulty communicating due to the severity of the disease
