Inclusion Criteria
- •Elderly aged 60 or over; physically independent; normal mental state; non\-participants in guided physical exercise programs in the last three months at the beginning of the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Orthopedic problems; diseases that make physical training impossible to participate.
