Inclusion Criteria
Age 15 to 45 years
Not having children
Literacy for reading and writing
No physical or psychological illness
Not taking any type of psychiatric medications
Having a score of 23 or higher on the Mental Health Questionnaire
Exclusion Criteria
Lack of desire to continue participating in the study
The occurrence of an accident during the study period, which leads to anxiety and depression.
Severe family disputes
Failure to attend more than two training sessions for the intervention group
