Inclusion Criteria
1. 3rd and 4th year undergraduate nursing students.
2. Not having simulation training experiences in culturally diverse patients.
3. Not having practicum for developing cultural competence.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Having neurological diseases, such as epilepsy, who are at risk of seizures caused by VR use
2. Having experienced dizziness when using VR in the past
