- •1\) Malaysian citizen
- •2\) Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia or English Language
- •3\) Permanently residing hostels of Universiti Putra Malaysia
- •4\) Attained menarche
- •5\) Owns a smart mobile phone with the access to the internet
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) did not menstruate within the past 6 months
