Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\) Malaysian citizen
  • •2\) Able to read and write in Bahasa Malaysia or English Language
  • •3\) Permanently residing hostels of Universiti Putra Malaysia
  • •4\) Attained menarche
  • •5\) Owns a smart mobile phone with the access to the internet

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\) did not menstruate within the past 6 months
