All patients with a proven genetic mutation on the EfnB1 gene, and treated in the Erasmus MC or Sophia's Hospital.

Exclusion Criteria

All patients without a proven genetic mutation on the EfnB1 gene, and/ or never treated in the Erasmus MC or Sophia's Hospital.
