Inclusion Criteria
more than 35 year of age
degenerative spinal canal stenosis with or without spondylolisthesis
surgical treatment by traditional laminectomy with posterolateral fusion with instrument more than 1 level
Exclusion Criteria
spinal tumor, spinal metastasis or spinal infection
revision spinal surgery
high grade spondylolisthesis
