Inclusion Criteria
- •more than 35 year of age
- •degenerative spinal canal stenosis with or without spondylolisthesis
- •surgical treatment by traditional laminectomy with posterolateral fusion with instrument more than 1 level
Exclusion Criteria
- •spinal tumor, spinal metastasis or spinal infection
- •revision spinal surgery
- •high grade spondylolisthesis
