Inclusion Criteria

  • Patientss who undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy at Samsung Medical Center

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\. Patients with arrhythmia (SPI measurement is less accurate)
  • 2\. Patients who have loose or weak teeth
  • 3\. Obesity (BMI\>28\)
  • 4\. Patients who have difficult airway history
  • 5\. Patients who have snoring or apnea during sleeping
  • 6\. Patients with known drug allergy
