- •Caring for an elderly family member with multiple chronic illnesses for at least three months
- •Age 18-60 years
- •Willingness to participate in the study
- •Having literacy
- •Being able to communicate and use a smartphone

- •Participate in any other related research on geriatric care over the past two years
- •Inability to take care of oneself and perform daily activities
- •Having a severe mental disorder that requires medication
