- •Neurocritically ill patients Patients on mechanical ventilation more than 48 hours.
排除标准
- •Pregnancy vocal cod palsy previous tracheostomy.

Risk of reintubation at 48 hours

- incidence of ventilator associated pneumonia ,stridor ,aspiration(need for tracheostomy)
