- •Patients undergoing CPB open heart surgery
- •Consent to participate in the study

- •A history of progressive brain disease or dementia or psychiatric illness that affects cognition
- •History of epilepsy, seizures or syncope
- •Pre-existing brain injury
- •Heart pacemaker or any metal device implanted in the body
- •Use of neuropsychological drugs in the preoperative period
- •Patients with a history of drug or alcohol addiction
