Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Post Myocardial infarction patients.
- •2\. Age (18\-65 years).
- •3\. Patients who are available and willing to participate in the study during data collection.
- •4\. Patients who can understand Hindi or English language.
- •5\. Patients who have a mobile phone.
- •6\. Patients who are able to come to the hospital for follow up visits.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Critically ill patients (CKD, ESRD, MODS, COPD).
- •2\. Patients with Class IV Killip heart failure.
- •3\. Patients with Hearing impairment or deafness.
