Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Post Myocardial infarction patients.
  • •2\. Age (18\-65 years).
  • •3\. Patients who are available and willing to participate in the study during data collection.
  • •4\. Patients who can understand Hindi or English language.
  • •5\. Patients who have a mobile phone.
  • •6\. Patients who are able to come to the hospital for follow up visits.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Critically ill patients (CKD, ESRD, MODS, COPD).
  • •2\. Patients with Class IV Killip heart failure.
  • •3\. Patients with Hearing impairment or deafness.
