Inclusion Criteria
Young adults between the age group of 18-35 years.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Any congenital or acquired deformity of the spine.
2.Any past spine or abdominal surgery.
3.Any history of trauma to the spine or abdomen.
4.Any infection of the spine or abdomen.
5.Any neurological pathology.
6.Pregnant females.
