Brief Summary

As we see the number of patients with fissure in ano are increased now a day so this study will help the patients for better healing of fissure. Open randomized controlled clinical trials to evaluate the efficacy of doorva taila gudapuran as trial drug and yashtimadhu tail as control drug. Trial and control drug will be applied in the form of Taila in Anal Canal i.e. Gudapurana in the diagnosed cases of Parikartika with Special Reference to Fissure in Ano for 7 days. After 7 days patient is advice to come on 10 th day for follow up. 42 patients in each group will be studied. Study will be conducted in India. Outcome of study will be assess on better healing  of fissure in ano and reduction of signs and symptoms of fissure in ano.

Inclusion Criteria

1 Patients having Lakshana with Parikartika acute and chronic fissure in ano.

Exclusion Criteria

1 Severe immune compromised patients 2 Patients with uncontrolled systemic disease like diabetes 3 Patients having parikartika secondary to ulcerative colitis syphilis crohns disease tuberculosis will be excluded 4 Patient with known case of CA rectum will be exclude.
