- •Type 1 or type 2 Diabetes mellitus controlled by either medication or insulin
- •Diabetic foot ulcer of size more than 2cm2
- •All post debridement wounds
- •Clean ulcer bed
- •Adequate vascularity
排除标准
- •Thrombocytopenia ( <1 lakh/ml) or other platelet disorders
- •Traumatic ulcer
- •Active infection on the ulcer bed
- •Osteomyelitis
- •Chariots joint
- •Current use of Chemotherapy or radiotherapy
- •Peripheral vascular disease
