Inclusion Criteria
Type 1 or type 2 Diabetes mellitus controlled by either medication or insulin
Diabetic foot ulcer of size more than 2cm2
All post debridement wounds
Clean ulcer bed
Adequate vascularity
Exclusion Criteria
Thrombocytopenia ( <1 lakh/ml) or other platelet disorders
Traumatic ulcer
Active infection on the ulcer bed
Osteomyelitis
Chariots joint
Current use of Chemotherapy or radiotherapy
Peripheral vascular disease
