Inclusion Criteria

Individuals with diagnosis of mild-moderate depression according HDRS score
Age between 18-25
Outpatient
Patients with no comorbid disorders diabetes, high blood pressure or cardiovascular disease
Patients with no comorbid mental condition
No consumption drugs other than SSRI
Non-pregnant

Exclusion Criteria

Diagnosis of another non-depression disorder for patient during study
Suicide inclination
Taking anti depression medication except SSRI or electroconvulsive therapy
impossibility to track disease (absence at the time of visit, cancellation of the continuation of the study and death)
Occurrence of allergic reaction
Occurrence of some side effect disorders such as fever, digestive and heart complications due to drug intake
