Inclusion Criteria

diagnosed with head and neck cancer,receiving radiation therapy or concurrent chemotherapy at selected oncology hospitals.

Exclusion Criteria

not willing to participate in the study,with open mouth sores at study entry, using any other prophylactic mouthwashes,Terminally ill/palliative patients.
