- •Age over 18 years
- •- On a voluntary basis /Signed informed consent to participate in the study.
- •- - Consent to photographs of the entire face.
- •- Naturally healthy dentition, or maximum 1/3 of occlusal surface replaced by fillings - cusps intact.
- •- No or completed orthodontic treatment with stable occlusal conditions (support in all 4 support zones).
- •- Sufficient oral hygiene
- •- No periodontal disease; stable periodontal conditions
排除标准
- •- Known bruxism
- •- Patients under 18 years of age
- •- Incapacitated persons (e.g. due to dementia)
- •- Psychosomatic concomitant disease
- •- Persons wearing a removable replacement in the upper or lower jaw
- •- Acute events such as joint effusion or trauma
- •- Pain disorders such as fibromyalgia syndrome, neuropathic
- •- pain, trigeminal neuralgia or atypical facial painPermanent splint therapy
- •- CMD complaints (CMD brief findings)
- •- Ongoing orthodontic treatment
- •- Necessary dental rehabilitation
- •- Previous adjustment osteotomy
- •- Cosmetic corrections in the facial area, especially of the nose and ears
- •- Presence of alcohol or drug abuse.
- •- Involvement in the planning and execution of the study.
