Inclusion Criteria
1 Subjects with clinical features of Ksheena Shukra (Oligospermia).
2 Subjects with total sperm count below 20 million/ ml.
3 Subjects willing and fit for Basti(Enema) Karma.
Exclusion Criteria
1 Subjects categorized under Azoospermia.
2 Subjects with past history of Mumps, Orchitis, Trauma.
3 Subjects with history of Diabetes, Thyroid Disorders, TB, Vascular Disorders, Testicular Maldecent, previous Reproductive organ surgery, STD, HIV/AIDS, Hydrocele, Varicocele, CA Testis.
4 Subjects with uncontrolled Metabolic disorders and other chronic systemic disorders.
