Athlete practicing running; between 18 and 35 years.

Exclusion Criteria

Cognitive, musculoskeletal or psychiatric disorders; uncontrolled diabetes mellitus; history of recent infection (last 03 months); use of corticosteroids.

To evaluate the patellofemoral pain in runners, verified through the visual analogue scale, based on the observation of a variation of at least 5% in pre and post-intervention measurements.

To evaluate the plantar pressures of runner athletes, verified by static baropodometry from the finding of a variation of at least 5% in the pre and post-intervention measurements.;To evaluate the functionality of runner athletes, verified through the Lysorn Knee Scoring questionnaire and the dynamic valgus thesis, by observing a variation of at least 5% in the pre and post-intervention measurements.
