- •adults over the age of 18 with a medical diagnosis of type 2 diabetes who have not received a structured diabetes education for at least one year; with access to digital communication platforms and digital proficiency
排除标准
- •pregnant women; people with cognitive or functional limitations that make difficult to make lifestyle modifications (eg, with severe depression, kidney failure, diabetic retinopathy, and neuropathy)
