Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •first stroke subacute phase (at least 10 days to 6 months post\-stroke)
  • •\- paresis of the upper extremities
  • •\- minimal hand functions
  • •\- age between 18 and 80 years

Exclusion Criteria

  • •\- previous strokes in the medical history
  • •\- other (other than stroke) acute or pre\-existing central nervous disorders or brain injuries associated with cognitive impairment
