Inclusion Criteria
- •Primigravida women who will be
- •Visiting Obstetrics and Gynaecology OPD at the time of data collection.
- •With the gestational age from 26 weeks to 28 weeks at the time of enrolment
- •Willing to participate.
- •Able to understand in Hindi or Punjabi or English.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Primigravida women with high risk pregnancy i.e
- •Ã¯Æ?Ë?Pre eclampsia
- •Ã¯Æ?Ë?Eclampsia
- •Ã¯Æ?Ë?Gestational Diabetes Mellitus
- •Ã¯Æ?Ë?Placenta Previa
- •Ã¯Æ?Ë?Abruptio placenta
- •Ã¢â?¬Â¢Pregnant women with known history of psychiatric illness.
- •Ã¯Æ?Ë?Depression
- •Ã¯Æ?Ë?Anxiety Disorder
- •Ã¯Æ?Ë?Schizophrenia
