Inclusion Criteria

1)Pregnant women of age 19 years and above.

2)Patients having 2 or more signs and symptoms of Kikwisa i.e. kandu(itching),vidaha(burning sensation), rekhaswaroop twak sankoch(stretch marks), vaivarnyata(discoloration).

3)Period of pregnancy from 6th and 7th month onwards.

4)Primigravida and multigravida without previous occurrence of Kikwisa.

Exclusion Criteria

1) Multigravida with previous incidence of Kikwisa.

2)Any type of skin diseases other than Kikwisa.

3)Presence of any other surgical scars.

To study the efficacy of Shirishadi gel in management of kandu (itching), vidaha (burning sensation), rekhaswaroop twak sankoch (stretch marks), vaivarnyata (discoloration) in Kikwisa (Striae gravidarum).Timepoint: Shirishadi gel will be given for 30 days, twice a day for local application. Follow up will be taken on day 15th and 30th. Case study will be of 30 days.
