入选标准
- •Between 18 and 35 years
- •Right-handedness
- •Oral and written informed consent
- •No prior history as a competitive athlete/sports performer
- •No regular physical exercise training in the 1-2 years preceding this study.
- •Healthy and able to undertake normal activities of daily living including independent use of public transport.
- •No (known) current psychiatric, neurologic or cardiovascular disease or history thereof.
排除标准
- •MRI related: Metal implants in the body; claustrophobia; carrying and non-removable jewellery; tattoos or cosmetics.
- •Health related:
- •reduced general health condition
- •neurological or psychiatric disorders
- •acute cardiovascular complaints, myocardial infarct in past and existing coronary heart disease, acute heart failure, severe arrhythmia and valvular heart disease.
- •recent thrombosis or thrombotic disorders
- •hypertension crises, untreated high blood pressure =160 mmHg sys. and/or =100 mmHg diast, patients under antihypertensive therapy
- •Asthma and COPD
- •history of stroke
- •frequent dizziness
- •diabetes mellitus
- •known orthopaedic diseases that preclude from exercise intervention, such as unhealed fractures, atthritis, recent surgery and fresh wounds, account joint disease and osteoarthritis of the lower limb and spine
- •acute infection or inflammation
- •alcohol and drug dependence, use of psychotropic drugs
- •no consent to the release of incidental findings, related information is given in the MR specific information sheet
- •Any of the above acute health related conditions, e.g. acute infection during the course of the intervention may cause a temporary halt of the exercise intervention and cause a prolongation of the intervention duration.
