Eligibility Criteria
- Ages
- 18 to 75 (—)
- Sex

Inclusion Criteria
- •1.Patients with PSE;
- •2.Aged 18 to 75 years;
- •3.In conscious and stable condition;
- •4.No psychiatric medications have been taken in 1 month;
- •5.Informed consent is signed by the patient or his/her immediate family.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1.Being pregnant or lactating;
- •2.A personal or family history of epilepsy;
- •3.Traumatic brain injury, an intracranial tumor, or central nervous system infection;
- •4.Metabolic diseases, neurodegenerative diseases, poisoning, alcoholism, cortical dysplasia, or other condition that may cause seizures;
- •5.Uncontrollable epilepsy during the follow-up period that required switching to other antiepileptic drugs or surgical treatment.
