Inclusion Criteria
Patients undergoing surgery under general anesthesia
Being at the age of 20 to 40 years
Informed consent
Blood pressure higher than 120/70 mmHg
Anesthesia Class 1 (A normal healthy patient)
Exclusion Criteria
Cardiovascular disease
Neurological disease
History of any chronic disease
Patient death during surgery
Surgery time is less than 30 minutes and more than 1 hour and 30 minutes

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Shivering after pethidine and clonidine after surgery. Timepoint: For each patient immediately after entering the recovery room, we will record the start and end time of the chill with a chronometer. Method of measurement: The measurement of each patient's chills will be by machine timer (stopwatch).
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Systolic blood pressure. Timepoint: We will record systolic blood pressure immediately after entering the recovery room. Method of measurement: Manometer device from AND Company model UA - 767JP.;Diastolic blood pressure. Timepoint: We will record Diastolic blood pressure immediately after entering the recovery room. Method of measurement: Manometer device from AND Company model UA - 767JP.
