children 5-10 years; living in mashhad and suburbs; Persian speaking; signing the informed consent form; no mental or psychological disorder (mental retardation) or physical disorders (visual and hearing impairments); developing asthma for the first time, according to the physician’s diagnosis; use of one inhaler (prescribed by the physician). Exclusion criteria: children withdrawn for any problems (traveling, moving, death); diagnosis of any underlying diseases except asthma (cardiovascular, immunodeficiency, digestive diseases

Name Time Method Proper Use of Spacer. Timepoint: Pre-test and post-test at the beginning of the Study and second post-test after one month. Method of measurement: Observational Check List.
