Experimental Group 1: volunteers of both genders; aged between 18 and 60 years old; who present with episodes of pain in the lower back and lower limbs; with medical clearance for the practice of the intervention. Experimental Group 2: volunteers of both genders; aged between 18 and 60 years old; who present with episodes of pain in the lower back and lower limbs; with medical clearance for the practice of the intervention.
Volunteers without low back pain will be excluded; cognitive difficulty regarding assessment and intervention instruments; infectious diseases; disabling diseases in the upper and lower limbs; carriers of myopathies; diseases with recognized alteration of collagen; carriers of neurological diseases; for personal reasons do not want to participate.
