Inclusion criteria were age ≥ 18 years old, eGFR ≥ 60 ml/min/1.73 m2 according to the Chronic Kidney Disease Epidemiology Collaboration (CKD-EPI), diagnosed with CKD stages 1 and 2 by physicians according to the International Classification of Diseases, 10th revision (ICD-10), Thai writing and speaking, and informed consent.
Exclusion criteria were CKD stages 3-5, cardiovascular disease, cerebrovascular disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes mellitus, active musculoskeletal conditions, lower-extremity amputation with no prosthesis, metastatic carcinoma, impaired cognitive functions, committed other clinical trial, or received other exercise programs within previous 6 months.
