Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Eighteen to thirty years old patients, of both sexes, with normal general health conditions and complete permanent dentition except third molars, with normal anatomy, will be admitted to the research. There should be mild malocclusion characterized by an Angle class I molar relationship, with no skeletal and dental changes in the vertical direction, transverse or antero\-posterior. The patient may have mild crowding or few diastemas.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients with routine use of analgesic, anti\-inflammatory, muscle relaxants or anxiolytic drugs, and patients with temporomandibular disorders will be excluded. In addition, patients with anomalous teeth or with large restorations that hinder the visualization of their normal anatomy or a proper bonding. Patients who used antibiotics in the 3 months before the start of the research will also be excluded.
