Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients belonging to ASA physical status I and II
2. Aged 18 â?? 65 years
3. Patients undergoing elective orthopedic surgery for forearm fractures under brachial plexus block
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients who refuse to consent
2. Patients with hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics
3. Patients with other injuries and fractures which may require different analgesic regimens or multiple surgeries
4. Patients who are on prior therapy for chronic pain
5. Patients with contraindications to brachial plexus block
