(1) History of thoracic surgery or radiation to the chest (2) Difficult to perform stress myocardial perfusion scintigraphy before treatment for esophageal cancer due to schedule (3) Patients who are not eligible for PET scan or stress myocardial scintigraphy in their regular practice Pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant and lactating women, or those who may be pregnant. History of adverse reaction or allergy related to FDG administration in the past 18F-FDG-PET examination. Prior history of adverse reactions or allergies related to drugs used in myocardial perfusion scintigraphy. Treatment for unstable angina, complete atrioventricular block, or asthma (4) Chest pain suggestive of angina pectoris. (5) Previously indicated coronary artery stenosis of 90% or more by coronary CT and untreated (6) Other conditions considered difficult to participate in the study Difficulty in resting on a bed for 30 minutes Inability to understand the content of the study due to psychosis or psychiatric symptoms Patients who fall into any of the above categories are not eligible for the study.

Name Time Method To compare myocardial FDG accumulation patterns with the results of cardiac examinations to identify cardiac FDG accumulation patterns that are predictive of heart disease.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Myocardial FDG accumulation is known to be affected by fasting time and diet prior to FDG PET examination, and the optimal pre-test conditions will be discussed.
