Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •? Stroke patients who visit outpatient department
- •? Patients 19 years of age or older who were first diagnosed with an ischemic stroke
- •? Those who have been diagnosed with a stroke within 5 years
- •? Those with more than one risk factor for stroke recurrence (high blood pressure, diabetes, hyperlipidemia, atrial fibrillation, smoking, drinking, obesity)
- •? Those who use Android\-based smartphones and can use mobile applications
- •? Patients with a neurological function scale (mRS) score of 3 or less who need some assistance with daily living (activity), but can walk without assistance from others
- •? Patient with no cognitive function abnormality with a score of 24 or higher on the Mini\-Mental State Examination Korean (MMSE\-K)
- •? Patients who are able to communicate without language impairment
- •? A person who understands the purpose of the research and agrees to participate voluntarily
Exclusion Criteria
- •? Patients with hemorrhagic stroke or patients diagnosed with recurrent stroke
- •? Those who have been diagnosed with depression before the onset of stroke and are taking medications
- •? Those who have participated in educational programs provided by this institution or other institutions within the last 3 months
- •? Those who refused to participate in this study
