1. Patients with no systemic disease.
2. Patients with presence fully erupted permanent dentition.
3. Patients of Class I,II,III molar relationship
1. Patients having smoking history or systemic diseases which might interfere with success of mini-implant.
2. Patients having any obstructive diseases, respiratory diseases such as asthma, COPD, bronchitis etc.
3. Patient giving history of previous orthodontic treatment or orthognathic surgery.
4. Patients in the primary or mixed dentition.
5. Patients with periodontal problem.
6. Patient with oro-facial deformities.
