Primary Endpoint
maximal bite force in periodontitis patients

Study Overview

Brief Summary

25 periodontitis patients and 25 periodontally healthy patients were recruited. The bite force was recorded using prescale sheets and sent for analysis.

The results revealed statistically significant difference between pressure and loadbetween both groups .

It can be concluded that periodontitis group has less occlusal load compared to healthy.
