Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •RNPT; Who are in physiotherapeutic follow\-up; indications for bronchial hygiene maneuvers in the presence of auscultation and/or mechanical ventilator charts showing changes suggestive of secretion; Only PTNB that are suitable for aspiration with a 6Fr gauge probe; Mothers aged 18 years and over; Only RNPT that are capable of aspiration with a 6Fr gauge probe.
  • •· Mothers aged 18 or over.

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Present organic and structural changes, involving: chest deformities, necrotizing enterocolitis, skin lesion on the chest, hyperthermia, hypothermia, abdominal pathologies, congenital diaphragmatic hernia and the presence of a chest tube; PTNBs who do not complete any stage of the research procedure will also be excluded.
