Primary Outcome Measures

Cooking self-efficacy measured through self reported cooking confidence scale.[Baseline before the commencement of the program (T1). Ten weeks after the completion of the program (T2). Six months after the completion of the program in intervention group only (T3).];Change in self- reported mean daily vegetable intake measured using a short self-reported questionnaire.[Baseline before the commencement of the program (T1).
