1 active double cancer 2 severe or uncontrollable complication 3 decompensated chronic pancreatitis 4 after pancrectomy 5 cystic fibrosis 6 gout 7 allergy to pancrelipase 8 allergy to proteins of pig 9 pregnancy 10 the patients judged as unsuitable for the study
