Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1)Class-II furcation defects in mandibular molars with buccal and lingual involvement.
  • 2) A horizontal furcation probing depth (HDD) of less than 3 mm.
  • 3) A vertical furcation probing depth of less than 3 mm.

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1) Patients who do not adhere to a periodontal maintenance programme.
  • 2) Subjects who smoke or use tobacco products in any way.
  • 3) Subjects with movement in a single tooth.
  • 4) Allergies to the graft, local anaesthetics, chlorhexidine, antibiotics, or analgesics.
  • 5) Any previous periodontal regeneration procedures performed at the chosen location.
  • 6) Females who are pregnant or nursing.
  • 7) Infectious disease patients with hepatitis, HIV, or tuberculosis.
  • 8) Patients with a history of systemic illness, as well as women who are pregnant, are at a higher risk.
  • 9) COVID positive patients will be excluded
