1)Class-II furcation defects in mandibular molars with buccal and lingual involvement.
2) A horizontal furcation probing depth (HDD) of less than 3 mm.
3) A vertical furcation probing depth of less than 3 mm.
1) Patients who do not adhere to a periodontal maintenance programme.
2) Subjects who smoke or use tobacco products in any way.
3) Subjects with movement in a single tooth.
4) Allergies to the graft, local anaesthetics, chlorhexidine, antibiotics, or analgesics.
5) Any previous periodontal regeneration procedures performed at the chosen location.
6) Females who are pregnant or nursing.
7) Infectious disease patients with hepatitis, HIV, or tuberculosis.
8) Patients with a history of systemic illness, as well as women who are pregnant, are at a higher risk.
9) COVID positive patients will be excluded
