- •Woman age >= 18 years old
- •have indication for endometrial sampling
- •no history of lidocaine allergy
- •accept for the research participant
排除标准
- •Breast feeding
- •Retained IUD
- •Have the uterine anomaly
- •Vital signs unstable due to active bleeding
- •Cannot accept the visual analog scale
- •Take the analgesic drug before the procedure
- •Take the mesoprostol for dilate cervix
- •Do the paracervical block before the procedure
- •History of arrythmia and cardiac disease
- •History of liver disease
