Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Woman age \>\= 18 years old
  • •have indication for endometrial sampling
  • •no history of lidocaine allergy
  • •accept for the research participant

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Breast feeding
  • •Retained IUD
  • •Have the uterine anomaly
  • •Vital signs unstable due to active bleeding
  • •Cannot accept the visual analog scale
  • •Take the analgesic drug before the procedure
  • •Take the mesoprostol for dilate cervix
  • •Do the paracervical block before the procedure
  • •History of arrythmia and cardiac disease
  • •History of liver disease
